Tension Headaches (Myofascial Headaches): Hands-On Help

Everything we'd show you if you came to see us, in short lessons you can follow at home.

We're recording the course right now. It's for anyone who knows the dull, pressing headache that starts in the neck, shoulders or jaw, and who'd like to do something about it with their own hands.

What's inside

  1. Understand your headacheWhat a myofascial headache is, and why the pain can be felt far from where it starts.
  2. Self-massageA short daily routine, and deeper work for the neck, shoulders, jaw and head.
  3. AcupressurePoints on the head, neck, hands and feet, shown slowly and up close.
  4. Partner massageHow to help someone you love, step by step, on a massage table, a chair or in bed.
  5. Stretches and exercises with SaraStretching, strengthening, relaxation and mobility, chosen by a physiotherapist.
  6. A gentle yoga flowFor the neck, shoulders and the breath.
  7. Stress and your nervous systemA little about why stress settles in these muscles, and what helps it let go.

Who it's for

  • You often get headaches that feel like pressure or a tight band.
  • Your neck, shoulders or jaw are often tense.
  • You'd like something you can do yourself, not just painkillers.
  • You'd like to help a partner, friend or family member with theirs.

When

A small group of beta testers will go first, and their feedback will shape the final course. After that, it opens for everyone. Get the free routine, and you're on the waitlist.

Good to know

The course doesn't assess your headache and doesn't replace a doctor. See a doctor if you're unsure, and always if a headache is sudden, very intense and unlike anything you've had before.
